| spelling | Comportamiento clínico de la prótesis sobre implantes atornilladas y cementadas en la clínica Alcívar 2015-2016Ordoñez Balladares, Andrea DoloresPROTESIS DENTAL PARCIAL FIJAIMPLANTES DENTALESODONTOLOGIA INTEGRALpdfEl objetivo del trabajo de investigación es establecer cuál es la frecuencia de éxito a largo plazo entre las coronas atornilladas y coronas cementadas sobre implantes mediante parámetros, incluyendo el índice de placa bacteriana, índice de sangrado gingival y sondaje periimplantario en cada una de las rehabilitaciones atornilladas y cementadas, para esto se realizará un estudio retrospectivo, observacional analítico, cuantitativo y cualitativo basado en una recopilación de datos a través de la historia clínica, exploración clínica-radiográfica y un cuestionario de satisfacción. Los resultados que se observan en esta investigación es que hay una igualdad en la distribución del tipo de fijación de coronas unitarias sobre implantes con un 50% en las atornilladas y 50 % para las cementadas. Como conclusión tenemos que la mayoría de los implantes unitarios son restaurados con rehabilitaciones cementadas mientras que las restauraciones atornilladas suelen utilizarse en caso de coronas ferulizadas y puentesThe objective of this research work is to establish Which is the frequency of long-term success between the screwed crowns and crowns cemented on implants by means of parameters, including the index of bacterial plaque , index of bled gingival and sounding periimplantario in each of the screwed and cemented rehabilitations, for this quantitative and qualitative analytical observational retrospective study will be carried out based on the collection of data through of the clinical history Radiographic clinical examination and a questionnaire of satisfaction. The results observed in this research is that there is an equality in the distribution of the fixation type of unit crowns on implants with 50% for the cemented ones.
