Inicialmente la investigación planificó y ejecutó un diagnóstico de la situación actual, a través de la Matriz de triple criterio. Luego de conocidos los riesgos existentes y priorizarlos se determinó el requerimiento necesario en materia de señalética de Seguridad Industrial, y para la implementación, se utilizó rótulos de obligación, prevención, prohibición y evacuación, los cuáles se los adquirieron bajo pedido y su emplazamiento se lo efectuó bajo normas establecidas y especificaciones técnicas. Después de haber realizado los estudios técnicos en los talleres, se ha evidenciado un 44% de condiciones subestándar debido a la falta de una gestión preventiva de riesgos laborales. La implementación de la señalética de Seguridad Industrial se desarrolló en base a los requerimientos de la normativa nacional vigente, alineada al Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social y la Secretaría Nacional de Gestión de Riesgos, entes controladores del cumplimiento en materia de Seguridad Industrial en todo tipo de empresa, por lo que se recomienda al personal de talleres observar y cumplir con las normas establecidas para precautelar su integridad.The "Design of a Management Plan in Industrial Safety and Implementation of Signage, aims to develop procedures to identify the risks in each of the activities developed, to implement the signage in order to reduce or prevent accidents or occupational diseases .
