Es necesario que cambiemos los esquemas tradicionales, en donde el maestro era quien impartía las clases bajo un dogma conductual y unidireccional; mientras el alumno receptaba pasivamente contenidos. La sociedad actual demanda replantar nuestras acciones y propiciar que los estudiantes reflexionen sobre sus conocimientos y posibilidades, autorregule sus acciones y actúen en su medio practicando del buen vivir y que todos sus conocimientos trasciendan en nuevos escenario. La investigación se hizo posible mediante el análisis teórico de información que permitió fundamentar científica y pedagógicamente las variables planteadas en la propuesta, su integración en el desarrollo de la propuesta y su conveniente implicación en el objetivo de alcanzar una educación de calidad. La metodología de la investigación aplicada y los instrumentos de investigación, como encuestas, entrevistas, observaciones áulicas y análisis de los resultados evidenciaron la necesidad de la aplicación de la Guía de Estrategias de Enseñanza Aprendizaje junto con un práctica pedagógica activa, constructivista y humanista permitirá formar estudiantes creativos, críticos, comprometidos con las necesidades de su comunidad.The main purpose of this thesis is to find mechanisms to enable John F. Educational Unit Kennedy, giving students the chance to link the workforce after graduation, because they have found faults in the exit profile of graduates in different specialties. The theoretical framework because it contains important aspects in creating the specialized production units would be trained by the next graduating class who have the opportunity to apply their knowledge to be able to develop their entrepreneurial skills and provide services to the educational community and, receiving income to improve the educational unit and meet their educational expenses of students participating in the production units. The reference material evidence we need to better prepare high school that trains young people to a world of work immediately, thanks to the importance they give to the profile of graduates in different modalities. The methodology applied to this research is feasible given that the basic elements for an overview of easy access is the John F. Educational Unit Kennedy is co-owner whose existence the author of this thesis. It is important that all teachers in the last two grades unify criteria and to develop techniques supported the proposal of this thesis to assist in solving the problem faced by newly graduated youth.
