La anatomía del sistema de conductos es muy variable dependiendo del diente a tratar más aún si se trata de dientes multiradiculares. Es por eso que todo profesional que quiera incursionar en esta especialidad debe tener el conocimiento completo sobre dichas variantes anatómicas para escoger la mejor técnica de instrumentación y así evitar fracasos. El objetivo del presente trabajo investigativo es conocer sobre las diferentes técnicas de preparación químico-mecánica que puedan aplicarse en los primeros premolares superiores, sin alterar su anatomía natural, también aquellos temas que deberán considerarse para el diagnostico, pronostico y evaluación, los accidentes más comunes que pueden ocurrir durante dicha preparación de estos conductos y las soluciones a dichos fracasos. Deberemos hacer énfasis en la prevención, ya que por medio de ella evitaríamos complicaciones que se pueden dar en la práctica daría, Cabe recalcar que esta investigación es bibliográfica constituyéndose un aporte para estudiantes, que están introduciéndose en la práctica endodóntica ya que la solución del problema será el éxito en el tratamiento.One of the fundamental problems of Endodontics is given by the anatomical variations of the root canal system . Many dentists agree that cleaning and shaping the root canal system is the most critical and important phase of endodontic treatment . Which is caused by improper biomechanics forgetting to irrigate after changing each files as implementing a canal produces force that makes the instrument is handled incorrectly within the walls of the root canals producing a bad cleaning and shaping within the ducts root , not x-rayed after each step to see if it is performing biomechanics correctly or not for that reason , we must determine which of the K3 and Protaper rotary systems is the most efficient in the preparation of root canals . The methodology that was used in this project is the descriptive method used to collect, organize , summarize, present and generalize the results of the observations that have been made during the performance of work , it is because literature will be based as I'm going to be based on facts and studies already carried out in order to verify which of the rotary files K3 and Protaper meet our expectations within the root canal , focusing on cleanliness and correct modeling of root canals with a lower incidence of apical transports , steps and holes as root canals should be focused on removing all the pulp remains as it is on this site where you wait, it performs the effectiveness of one of the two rotating systems and being successful endodontics . Since it combines the advantages for better instrumentation in root canals in which it can be practiced by dentists and students of the Faculty of Dentistry Pilot.Universidad de Guayaquil.
