El trabajo de titulación se efectuó en una casa de salud al sur de la ciudad de Guayaquil, con tema de sistematización de la metodología utilizada en el proceso de diagnóstico de la motivación laboral, presentando como eje; conocer los factores que influyen en la aplicación y análisis de instrumentos utilizados en el proceso de diagnóstico de motivación laboral. La metodología empleada en la sistematización es de tipo cualitativa, realizando una interpretación de los resultados. Para el levantamiento de la información, se utilizó la técnica de observación, aplicación de instrumentos: cuestionario de perfil motivacional y guía de entrevista estructurada. En base a la reflexión crítica de la experiencia, se llevó a cabo en 4 fases. Primera fase: levantamiento de información y observación. Segunda fase: aplicación de instrumentos estandarizados y entrevista. Tercera fase: análisis de los resultados. Cuarta fase: elaboración del producto final. Como reflexión de la sistematización de experiencia, se determina que, en la aplicación de la metodología en un proceso de diagnóstico de motivación laboral, influyen factores contextuales, ambientales y personalesThis research process was carried out as a fundamental academic requirement of the degree work in the choice of systematization of experiences of research practices for the career of General Psychology of the University of Guayaquil. The titling work was carried out in a health house south of the city of Guayaquil, with the theme of systematization of the methodology used in the process of diagnosis of work motivation, presenting as an axis; know the factors that influence the application and analysis of instruments used in the process of diagnosis of work motivation. The methodology used in the systematization is of a qualitative nature, making an interpretation of the results. For the information gathering, the technique of observation, application of instruments was used: motivational profile questionnaire and structured interview guide. Based on the critical reflection of the experience, it was carried out in 4 phases. First phase: information gathering and observation.
