Además, con la finalidad de comprender más profundamente la experiencia y poder mejorarla, modalidad que surge por la pandemia del covid-19. La metodología utilizada es cualitativa; realizando un proceso ético, la información se obtuvo mediante la aplicación de encuestas, entrevistas y grupo focal, mismas que ayudaron a la redacción crítica, contrastando con la revisión literaria. En la reflexión crítica, mediante un proceso analítico, los colaboradores dan sus puntos de vista sobre desempeño laboral, siendo una modalidad compleja, pero adaptable. En las conclusiones, desde la perspectiva de los colaboradores el proceso se realizó satisfactoriamente, aplicando la autoplanificación y el correcto uso de las tecnologías, logrando sea exitosaThe present systematization of experience, lived in an Agro-industrial company located in the city of Duran, during the period of June - August 2021; The main question being relevant, how was the work performance of the administrative employees in the teleworking modality? In addition, in order to understand the experience more deeply and be able to improve it, a modality that arises from the covid-19 pandemic. The methodology used is qualitative; carrying out an ethical process, the information was obtained through the application of surveys, interviews and a focus group, which helped the critical writing, contrasting with the literary review. In critical reflection, through an analytical process, collaborators give their points of view on job performance, being a complex but adaptable modality.
