Su objetivo es identificar qué factores ergonómicos cognitivos propios de esta modalidad intervienen en la satisfacción laboral, reconociendo los riesgos ergonómicos cognitivos a los que están expuestos y su impacto. Con metodología de tipo cualitativa, nivel descriptivo interpretativo, diseño no experimental y corte transversal, se aplicaron entrevistas semiestructuradas y un cuestionario adaptado de los cuestionarios LEST, RNUR, EWA y ERGOS. Los principales factores que enfrentan los teletrabajadores son distractores y fatiga mental, observándose que la satisfacción laboral es afectada principalmente en aspectos como la fatiga mental y problemas de aislamiento y conectividad. Sin embargo, la satisfacción general es alta debido a las posibilidades de desarrollo personal que brinda el teletrabajo, siendo de gran importancia las experiencias familiares y el tiempo libreThis case study was carried out on six workers of a transport company in the city of Guayaquil who have been working remotely for a period of at least one year. The objective of the study is to identify which cognitive ergonomic factors of teleworking affect job satisfaction, as well as to recognize the cognitive ergonomic risks to which they are exposed and what impact they have. For this, qualitative methodology, interpretive-descriptive level, non-experimental design and transversal type analysis were used. Semi-structured interviews and a questionnaire designed based on the adaptation of the LEST, RNUR, EWA and ERGOS questionnaires were used. Results show that the main factors to which teleworkers are exposed are different types of distractors and mental fatigue; it was also observed that job satisfaction is mainly affected in aspects such as mental fatigue and isolation and connectivity problems.
