Esto se realizó desde una metodología cualitativa en donde se aplicó el estudio a seis casos entre los estudiantes de Décimo Grado, con el fin de conocer cómo se gestó los procesos y la percepción de los mismos. El lugar fue la Unidad Educativa Fiscal de la cooperativa Antonio Neumane, ubicada en la vía Perimetral, al sur de la ciudad de Guayaquil. Se utilizaron instrumentos como registro de observación, entrevistas semi-estructuradas, encuesta y una composición Los resultados obtenidos fueron prometedores y prácticos, se encontró la aplicación de técnicas novedosas que facilitaban la interiorización de la información, así como instrumentos que permitían el autoconocimiento de los estudiantes por ser fáciles de asimilar y llevarlos a la práctica. El rol de las psicólogos fue fundamental al socializar la información de forma dinámica y fomentando la investigación como herramienta de ayuda, lo que género en los estudiantes un empoderamiento del procesoIn the current research project, the main objective was to characterize the processes of Vocational Guidance in the tenth grade students of the Fiscal Education Unit "Eloy Ortega Soto", focused on how self-awareness was promoted and the factors that influenced the making decisions of the students, taking as a reference the work of the National Government through the Ministry of Education, highlighted the importance of promoting the formation of human talent through the OVP (Vocational and Professional Orientation) to prepare individuals capable of successfully integrating into the world of work, the productive apparatus of the future.
