Este proyecto de titulación corresponde a una investigación de tipo aplicada utilizando como fuente bibliográfica los documentos, revistas, libros que se encuentran en la biblioteca virtual de la Universidad de Guayaquil y se enmarca en TOGAF como marco de referencia de desarrollo de arquitecturas empresariales. Este análisis e investigación permitirá a la microempresa la toma de decisiones eficientes, mejor comunicación con el personal, intercambio de información, alineamiento de objetivos estratégicos, aumento de valor del negocio y clientes satisfechos para la cual se propone una arquitectura empresarial orientada a la estrategia, partiendo del análisis de su arquitectura actual. El resultado es un prototipo que se valida a través de un panel de expertos en arquitectura empresarial.This degree project exposes the research of a business architecture under the SAP BUSINESS ONE environment and the TOGAF framework, with the aim of carrying out the analysis of decision-making that is carried out in micro-companies of dental services. This degree project corresponds to an applied research using as bibliographic source the documents, magazines, books that are in the virtual library of the University of Guayaquil and is framed in TOGAF as a reference framework for the development of business architectures. This analysis and research will allow the microenterprise to make efficient decisions, better communication with staff, exchange of information, alignment of strategic objectives, increase in business value and satisfied customers, for which a strategy-oriented business architecture is proposed. starting from the analysis of its current architecture.
