El presente trabajo permitió conocer el estado actual de conocimiento de buenos hábitos alimenticios en los niños y sus hogares que asisten a la Escuela Fiscal Roberto Illingworth Icaza, por lo tanto, se pudo detectar que no tienen costumbre de buenos hábitos alimenticios y tienen una alimentación desordenada sin ingerir los nutrientes necesarios. Los docentes y estudiantes de la Escuela Fiscal Roberto Illingworth Icaza, son la población objetiva de la investigación que permitió conocer los hábitos actuales de los estudiantes y con ellos conocer los de su familia y cómo influye en los niños. Para la realización del trabajo se utilizaron materiales y métodos como recolección de datos, observación, tamaño de la muestra para poder ejecutar las encuestas; estadísticas para el análisis de datos obtenidos en la encuesta. Esta investigación tuvo como escenario la Escuela Fiscal Roberto Illingworth Icaza en los representantes de los niños de primer a séptimo grado. El plan comunicacional elaborado abarca desde una introducción con términos de nutrición hasta la explicación de los alimentos que deben ser ingeridos para una adecuada alimentación.Incorrect eating habits cause bodily discomfort to later lead to diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and others; This generates a great problem in the development of children from an early age that does not allow an adequate academic development.
