In the theoretical framework, information was collected on the two variables: motivation and oral expression, based on relevant information in several areas of scientific study such as: Psychology, Linguistics, pedagogy, etc. Information was collected through instruments such as the interview and the survey, which requested the participation of the students and the teacher of the school mentioned above, while a thorough bibliographical research was carried out in which it was sought to spread the knowledge to a deeper level. This study is descriptive, explanatory and propositional. Data were collected during 2016 with a population and sample of thirty-four students and a professor of the National School "Rita Lecumberry". The applied techniques were interview to the teacher of English, surveys to the students. This study is of relevant nature because, although with minimal expenses, it allows to highlight the solution to this problem, highlighting the motivation of vital importance within the oral expression. The beneficiaries of this project are the teacher and the studentEsta investigación considera la influencia de la motivación para mejorar la expresión oral en treinta y cuatro estudiantes del tercer año general básico de la escuela secundaria pública "Rita Lecumberri", año académico 2016 - 2017, que presentó deficiencias en la expresión oral, no permitiendo que dicho Los estudiantes puedan alcanzar un nivel de acuerdo con el grado académico en el que están, ni tener una comunicación básica eficiente. En el marco teórico, se recolectó información sobre las dos variables: motivación y expresión oral, a partir de información relevante en diversas áreas de estudio científico como: psicología, lingüística, pedagogía, etc. Se recolectó información a través de instrumentos como la entrevista y la encuesta, que solicitó la participación de los estudiantes y el docente de la escuela mencionada anteriormente, mientras se realizaba una minuciosa investigación bibliográfica en la que se buscaba difundir el conocimiento a un nivel más profundo. Este estudio es descriptivo, explicativo y proposicional. Los datos fueron recolectados durante 2016 con una población y una muestra de treinta y cuatro estudiantes y un profesor de la Escuela Nacional "Rita Lecumberri". Las técnicas aplicadas fueron entrevistas al profesor de inglés, encuestas a los estudiantes. Este estudio es de naturaleza relevante porque, aunque con gastos mínimos, permite resaltar la solución a este problema, destacando la motivación de vital importancia dentro de la expresión oral.
