En el capítulo II se establecerá el marco teórico, antecedentes del sector pesquero, conceptos que nos servirán para comprender la investigación, se mencionaran las principales instituciones involucradas en este sector, se analizará el comportamiento de la pesca mundial. En el capítulo III se mencionara la metodología utilizada en el proceso de la investigación y por ultimo tenemos el capítulo IV en el cual se desarrollara la investigación con los respectivos resultados obtenidos por fuentes oficiales y para finalizar se presentara la propuesta ante todos los problemas que presentan los pescadores dentro de este trabajo de investigaciónIn the present investigation the influence of the fishing economic activity in the Port of Manta will be analyzed, the same one that has a high importance in its fishermen and in the economic advance of this canton, in chapter I the approach, formulation and Systematization will be fixed of the problem, general and specific objectives, justification, delimitation and hypothesis of the investigation. Chapter II will establish the theoretical framework, background of the fishing sector, concepts that will help us to understand the research, mention the main institutions involved in this sector, analyze the behavior of the world's fisheries.
