Donde la matriz Williams Fine, identifica 53 riesgos dividido en 23 riesgo intolerable, 23 riesgo importantes y 7 moderado, la matriz de riesgo indica que hay 47 riesgos que requieren de acción correctiva económicamente justificada. Donde la evaluación realizada por las pérdidas económicas por incumplimiento de gestión, accidentes de alto potencial y por impactos a corregir en la matriz asciende a un valor de $147, 570. 00 dólares. Como alternativa de solución se planteó, contratar un responsable del SST, constituir los Organismos paritarios, Capacitación, Medición de riesgos laborales, el costo de las alternativas de solución $ 12, 720. 00.The development of this research was carried out in the company Vicemicar SA, the objective of this project is to reduce the risk due to the frequency occurrence of work accidents, the observation techniques and the risk assessment methodology were applied for the quantification of the degree of risk of danger that exists in the operational and administrative areas. Where the Williams Fine matrix identifies 53 risk divided into 23 intolerable risk, 23 significant risk and 7 moderate risk, the risk matrix indicates that there are 47 risks that require economically justified corrective action. Where the evaluation made considering the economic loss due to non-compliance , high potential accidents and impacts on the matrix amounts to a value of $ 147, 570.00 dollars. As an alternative solution, hiring a responsible person for OSH , setting up Joint Agencies, Training, and Measurement of occupational hazards were suggested, the cost of the solution alternatives is $ 12, 720.00.Universidad de Guayaquil.
