El tema de investigación es una propuesta para la Unidad Educativa Gloria Gorelik, la cual muestra características básicas que la tecnología de Voz sobre IP, así como además se detallan las ventajas que tiene dichas herramientas. Se realizaron encuesta dirigidas al personal de oficina de la Unidad Educativa con el fin de obtener datos de considerar estar de acuerdo con el estudio y de ser probable aplicación de otras tecnologías para facilitar sus labores diarias de trabajo en la Unidad. Dado que la institución no cuenta con una solución de este tipo, utilizando una telefonía convencional tradicional y sin contar con variedad de extensiones. Además se realizó un análisis básico de la infraestructura de red, un plan de numeración y un esquema de red para telefonía IP, consultando equipos de esta tecnología consultados en páginas web de proveedores ecuatorianos.At present the tools and technological advances have allowed streamline procedures that fail to make daily, because these advances are born the needs of organizations to provide, improve and optimize services. The research topic is a proposal for the Educational Unit Gloria Gorelik, which shows the basic features of VoIP technology and further the advantages of these tools are detailed. Survey office for the staff of the Education Unit in order to obtain data to consider agreeing with the study and application of other probable technologies to facilitate their daily work tasks in the unit were performed.
