| spelling | Análisis de riesgo laboral en el taller de mantenimiento en la Empresa RYC S.A.Suárez Franco, Kleber EmilioSISTEMAS INTEGRADOS DE GESTIÓNRIESGOS LABORALESMANTENIMIENTOFACTORES DE RIESGOEste documento contiene archivo en PDF.Este trabajo de titulación está orientado a la investigación y recolección de datos en el campo de estudio (taller de mantenimiento), para su posterior análisis y/o evaluación de peligros, los que al no estar debidamente identificados y controlados, originan factores de riesgos laborales, los cuales tienen repercusión directa en la salud de los trabajadores, al realizar las matrices de riesgo del INSHT se cuantifica y califica el grado de peligrosidad de estos riesgos, a fin de proponer o sugerir posibles medidas, controles y soluciones (implementación del reglamento interno de seguridad), (implementación de ciclo de mejora DEMING, y método 5`s), siendo los más adecuados a implementar, además de la conformación del comité paritario (subcomité), para el control y prevención de los riesgos identificados.This degree work is oriented to research and data collection in the field of study (maintenance workshop), for further analysis and/or hazard evaluation, which not being properly identified and controlled, cause occupational risk factors, which have a direct impact on the health of workers, by making the INSHT risk matric’s, the degree of danger of these risks is quantified and qualified, in order to propose or suggest possible measures, controls and solutions (implementation of the internal security regulations), (implementation of the DEMING improvement cycle, and method 5`s), being the most appropriate to implement, in addition to the formation of the joint committee (subcommittee), for the control and prevention of identified risks.Universidad de Guayaquil.
