Ya que se ha observado que durante el proceso de creación de las consultas se han presentado registros inconsistentes, o campos nulos, filtrados por campos incorrectos e incluso duplicados por cada paciente con una enfermedad específica, dando como resultado un análisis erróneo y una muestra estadística con datos que no son reales. Para solucionar estos problemas se ha establecido el uso de reglas y métodos de control de calidad estándares, que evitarán que como resultado de la creación de las consultas se encuentren cualquiera de los problemas citados anteriormente y puedan generar un reporte estadístico con datos reales. Para ello se deberán seguir dichos métodos, ya que la indiferencia hacia tales resultaría en una consulta generada de una manera incorrecta con datos que no reflejarían la realidad de la atención de las enfermedades asociadas a cada proyecto.This work of monitoring and quality control indicators database of the University Hospital of Guayaquil, is intended to help those responsible for creating the database indicators show a statistical representation of one or more diseases They have had incidents in the care of this hospital, so this aid project provides support for those responsible for creating the queries.
