El desarrollo de esta infraestructura va a generar impactos positivos en el ámbito de la movilidad urbana para los habitantes del Cantón ya que en un mayor porcentaje existe un estrato económico bajo según los datos obtenidos por el INEC. La siguiente investigación se desarrolla en cuatro capítulos el mismo que engloban un proceso de conocimiento de un Terminal Terrestre desde lo conceptual, contextual, metodológico hasta el Diseño Arquitectónico Sostenible de la edificación, este proyecto integra los criterios de los nuevos avances tecnológicos (TIC’S) para creando un diseño arquitectónico que minimice el impacto que genera toda edificación al medio ambiente integrándose al entorno urbano.The project concerns the Study and Sustainable Design of the Terminal of Terrestrial Transport of Passengers for Highway for the Canton Balzar that takes as a target to mitigate the transport chaos and the problems that are generated from this one in the center of the Canton, the problems of mobility happen from the development of the cities. The development of this infrastructure is going to generate positive impacts in the ambience of the urban mobility for the inhabitants of the Canton since in a major percentaje there exists a low economic stratum as the information obtained by the INEC.
