El personal tiene definido correctamente sus funciones y responsabilidades en cada uno de sus puestos de trabajo a cargo, provocando duplicidad de tareas, evasión de responsabilidades. El objetivo principal contribuir en la mejora del desempeño laborar de los empleados en los diferentes departamentos. Las técnicas de investigación que se utilizaron fueron encuesta y entrevista, para este proceso hemos utilizado como instrumento el cuestionario con preguntas estructuradas aplicadas para el personal que labora y así tener una correcta recopilación de datos, la modalidad de la investigación está apoyada en la investigación de campo en base a la población total de la empresa. Los resultados obtenidos mediante las encuestas demostraron que existen falencias en la comunicación entre directivos y empleados y la inexistencia de un manual de funciones ocasionando problemas administrativos. Las conclusiones y recomendaciones dadas están enfocadas en la implementación de un manual de funciones.The purpose of this case study is to identify the shortcomings found in the development of the activities of the company Neuropluss C.A. and being a neurological center known for the service it offers, there is little communication on the part of the managers, as well as the lack of a manual of functions and procedures has caused that the organizational administration does not reflect maximum achievements. The staff has correctly defined their functions and responsibilities in each of their jobs in charge, causing duplication of tasks, evasion of responsibilities. The main objective is to contribute to the improvement of the work performance of the employees in the different departments. The research techniques that were used were survey and interview, for this process we have used as an instrument the questionnaire with structured questions applied to the staff that works and thus have a correct data collection, the research modality is supported by the research of field based on the total population of the company. The results obtained in the collection of information through the surveys showed that there are shortcomings in communication between managers and employees and the absence of a manual of functions causing administrative problems.
