Para lo tanto se ha tomado como componente principal a Barcelona Sporting Club, el cual es uno de los equipos con mayor popularidad en el país y que actualmente conlleva una deuda considerable; que busca incrementar el número de socios con el propósito de que el aficionado aporte mensualmente al club. Se aplicado la encuesta como un método cuantitativo que brinde porcentajes y datos confiables sobre las opiniones de los hinchas, realizadas en los exteriores del estadio Monumental Banco Pichincha, específicamente en las localidades General Norte, Sur y Preferencia; donde se encuentra el grupo objetivo al que nos dirigimos.The present work of qualification includes and investigates the behavior of the fans in front of the idea of associating with the club to which they are amateur, and the determinant factors that influence the decision making. For this reason it has been taken as main component to Barcelona Sporting Club, which is one of the most popular teams in the country and which currently carries a considerable debt; That seeks to increase the number of members for the purpose that the fan contributes monthly to the club.
