| spelling | Aclaramiento dental interno efectuado con perborato sódico y solución inerteAñi Valero, Steven NarcisoDISCROMIAPEROXIDO DE HIDROGENOENDODONCIAPDFEl Aclaramiento dental interno es un tratamiento poco invasivo que consiste en introducir un producto químico dentro de la cámara dental y este a su vez induce a la liberación de sustancias que permiten devolver el color natural del diente, este tratamiento indicado en piezas dentales que han sido tratados endodónticamente y que posterior a este han sido decolorados, este tipo de pigmentaciones suelen ser por manchas intrínsecas o extrínsecas. El objetivo es ddeterminar el resultado estético del diente incisivo lateral después del tratamiento de aclaramiento interno con perborato sódico y solución salina. El presente trabajo es de tipo Cualitativa, Bibliográfico, no experimental, descriptiva, Laboratorio en el cual se recopilo de fuentes primarias y secundarias como textos, artículos científicos, material de repositorios, fuentes confiables para luego describir el paso a paso y poder realizarlo en un paciente. Los resultados son favorables puesto que basto con una sola sesión de aclaramiento para lograr cumplir con el objetivo propuesto.Internal tooth whitening is a minimally invasive treatment that consists of introducing a chemical product into the dental chamber and this, in turn, induces the release of substances that allow restoring the natural color of the tooth, this treatment is indicated in teeth that have been treated endodontically and after this have been discolored, this type of pigmentation is usually by intrinsic or extrinsic stains. The objective is to determine the esthetic result of the lateral incisor tooth after internal bleaching treatment with sodium perborate and saline solution. The present work is of a qualitative, bibliographic, non-experimental, descriptive, laboratory type in which primary and secondary sources such as texts, scientific articles, repository material, and reliable sources were compiled to describe the step-by-step procedure and to be able to perform it on a patient. The results are favorable since only one clearing session was enough to achieve the proposed objective.Universidad de Guayaquil.
