Nuestro hilo conductor estuvo guiado por la interrogante ¿De qué manera las relaciones interpersonales posibilitaron la participación en el proceso de Diagnostico comunitario?, por lo que la metodología utilizada fue cualitativa aplicando la sistematización de experiencias y la técnica de entrevista tanto a la comunidad como a estudiantes de prácticas pre profesionales de noveno semestre, y a la socióloga de la institución receptora. En el análisis crítico se encontró que la participación no depende únicamente de los miembros de la comunidad, sino que también influye el desenvolvimiento de los estudiantes de prácticas, ya que a través de las relaciones interpersonales se puede fomentar la participación, generando el respeto y ganándose la confianza, lo cual permitirá trabajar en las comunidadesThe present titling work was carried out under the modality of systematization of experiences with the aim of publicizing the interpersonal relationships that allowed participating in the community diagnostic process in residents of the Duran sector, project that was carried out under the modality of community intervention in children’s populations, adolescence and women in four sectors of poverty and extreme poverty and our community practices carried out in the canton of Duran within the community “Los Naranjos” with the collaboration of “Ideas Foundation”. Our guiding thread was guided by the question: How interpersonal relationships make it possible to participate in the community diagnostic process?, so that the methodology used was qualitative applying the systematization of experiences and the interview technique to both the community and to students of pre-professional practices of the ninth semester, and to the sociologist of the receiving institution.
