Servicio que se ofrecerá de cuatro formas por medio de un portal web y de asesoramiento personal. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se realizó un análisis de la empresa donde se encuentra la información general de la misma misión, visión, valores, un análisis general del mercado, donde se establecen las estrategias de mercado a utilizar antes de posicionar nuestro servicio en el mercado, la matriz FODA, se realizó un análisis técnico donde describimos la tecnología de los equipos como medios a utilizar en el portal web de LED, un análisis administrativo donde se define la estructura de la empresa, los diferentes cargos y la capacitación del personal de la empresa, El análisis económico y financiero donde se define los costos de operación que genera el proyecto, se define los beneficios económico, el monto de inversión, los planes de financiamientos y se hace un análisis costo-beneficios para conocer la rentabilidad del negocio.LED SA is established in the city of Guayaquil in order to provide consultancy services in design-oriented appliances. Service to be offered in four ways via a web portal and personal counseling. For the project analysis of the company where the general information of the same mission, vision, values, a general analysis of the market, where market strategies are set to use our service before positioning in the market is held the SWOT matrix, technical analysis where we describe the technology of the equipment and media used in the web portal LED, an administrative analysis where the structure of the company is defined, the different positions and the training of personnel was conducted business, economic and financial analysis where operating costs generated by the project is defined, the economic benefits are defined, the amount of investment, financing plans and analysis is cost-benefits for profitability.Universidad de Guayaquil.
