Se determinó un rediseño urbano-arquitectónico en el sector de la cabecera cantonal, con la finalidad de impulsar el desarrollo del mismo. Esto se hará a través de la recopilación de información, fichas de observación, encuestas, se estudiarán y se tendrán en cuenta las necesidades y principales problemas para el sector que está afectando, sobre todo, el turismo y la calidad de vida de sus residentes.The project "Study and Redesign of the Recreational, Commercial and Tourist Space of the Cantón Salitre Spa", this project will seek through a study that will include a redesign of the entire Santa Marianita spa in order to improve the urban image and public space through a reorganization of the physical space and at the same time recovering the public space this will be achieved with the creation of a new urbanarchitectural design taking into account the needs of the sector such as sports, recreational, cultural, commercial and tourist areas with these spaces the cultural and reactivate the economy of the sector.
