| spelling | Central de transferencia comercial y terrestre de pasajeros para el Cantón Pedro CarboParrales Calderon, Cinthya StefaniaTERMINAL TERRESTRECENTRAL DE TRANSFERENCIApdfEl proyecto se fundamenta en el diseño de una Central de Transferencia Terrestre y Comercial de Pasajeros para el Cantón Pedro Carbo de la Provincia del Guayas, ante la problemática que se presenta en la trama vial del cantón, por la actividad de transportación y comercial masiva que se vive a diario. Desde ahí nace la idea de crear un espacio físico para satisfacer la necesidad de este tipo de actividades, con los requerimientos y exigencias para impartir la organización en la estructura vial del transporte, transportistas y usuario; y que a la vez permita a la población el desarrollo integral de la misma. El diseño tiene un enfoque hacia la arquitectura sustentable, incorporando así aspectos innovadores diseñando un sistema edilicio en función de los condicionantes climáticos del lugar de implantación del proyecto. El Capítulo uno, expresa un diagnóstico profundo del problema, se analizan las necesidades y causas de la creación de este tipo de sistema edilicio, analizando los principales inconvenientes que se presentan. El Capítulo dos, se analiza el marco conceptual considerando el tipo de proyecto y se definen las tecnologías aplicables para direccionar el proyecto a una arquitectura sustentable. En el Capítulo tres, se analiza el entorno social, y se expone la oferta conjunto a los requerimientos en todos los ámbitos que demanda el proyecto, además se expresa el estudio técnico sobre la ubicación del proyecto estableciendo criterios de diseño arquitectónico. Y, en el capítulo cuatro la propuesta del proyecto soportándose en el análisis de los capítulos previos, haciendo conocer así lo que, la distribución y requerimientos que se necesita para la concepción del proyecto.The project there is based on the design of a Head office of Passengers' Terrestrial and Commercial Transfer for the Canton Pedro Carbo of the Province of the Guayas, before the problematics that one presents in the road plot of the canton, for the activity of transportation and commercial massive that is lived daily. From there there is born the idea of creating a physical space to satisfy the need of this type of activities, with the requirements and requirements to give the organization in the road structure of the pedestrian and the transporter, and that simultaneously allows the integral development of the same one to the population. The design has an approach towards the sustainable architecture, incorporating innovative aspects like that designing a system edilicio depending on the determining climatic ones of the place of implantation of the project. The Chapter one, it expresses a deep diagnosis of the problem, there are analyzed the needs and reasons of the creation of this type of system edilicio, analyzing the principal disadvantages that they present. The Chapter two, the conceptual frame is analyzed considering the type of project and the applicable technologies define for directional the project to a sustainable architecture. In the Chapter three, the social environment is analyzed, and the offer is exposed I combine to the requirements in all the areas that the project demands, in addition the technical study expresses on the location of the project establishing criteria of architectural design.
