For this reason, it was observed in the work place the processes and manual activities where there are these critical problems that are the cause of fines, complaints and claims, for which the descriptive method is applied allowing to identify the actors, problems and their seriousness . Company visits, interviews and surveys were conducted that determined the degree of noncompliance with the clients. This field study allowed to know the needs of the clients and the deficiencies of the company with the recommendation to develop the activities with automatic processes and with a staff trained in attention and customer service.The development of this research project simplifies the control of entry and exit of employees of a small or medium enterprise, as it simplifies the process by obtaining organizational factors within the entity using the ICT tools because they are not always able to be applied to improve the performance of companies, today technology in enterprise environments, is a leading tool in the development and business management, which constitutes a fundamental competitive tool and also helps improve and optimize administrative resources, a plan it presented business of a company, whose name is BIOEXTER Cia. Ltda., Focused on the needs and individual productivity of each company, with biometric technology to develop software that gives customers benefits have real control, saving time, resources and money, regardless of their size and organizational structure, biometrics currently occurs in a number of applications, proving to be possibly the best method for automatically identifying or verifying the identity of a subject, based on their physical characteristics or behavior. This software identification and control solution marks of the employees of the various companies is exposed, optimizing resources and processes to better serve and satisfy different users.Universidad de Guayaquil.
