Para diagnosticar la situación actual de la empresa, se han analizado los diversos factores de riesgos presentes en los procesos, para lo cual se han utilizado herramientas de diagnostico, tales como panorama de riesgos bajo el método FINE, el método GRETENER, con los cuales se detecto los principales problemas que afectan al taller en el área de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, que conciernen a las instalaciones de la empresa, ya sea esta por la falta de protección, poca concientización e inutilización de metodologías para el control de riesgos. De acuerdo a los resultados que se obtuvieron mediante el método Gretener la propuesta para enfrentar los problemas de riegos de incendios es realizable y se refiere a la adquisición e implementación de un sistema contra incendio y un cronograma anual de capacitación. Esto a su vez permitirá proteger, controlar y minimizar los riesgos que han obtenido un grado de peligrosidad alto y medio en los panoramas de riesgos que se han analizado.The aim of this study is to conduct a risk analysis by area business workshops "Villegas" in order to prevent the occurrence of accidents, occupational diseases and damage to property. For diagnose the current situation of the company, we have analyzed the various risk factors present in the processes, which have been used diagnostic tools, such as risk landscape under the method FINE, the Gretener method with which to detect the major problems affecting workshop in the area of Occupational Safety and Health, which concern facilities of the company, be it by the lack of protection, little awareness and deactivation of methodologies for risk control. Of According to the results obtained by the method Gretener proposed to address the problems of fire risks is achievable and refers to the acquisition and implementation of a fire protection system and annual training schedule. This in turn will protect, control and minimize the risks that have obtained a high degree of danger and a half risk scenarios have been analyzed.Universidad de Guayaquil.
