Cuyo objetivo fue estudiar el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas que afectan la salud mental de los usuarios que asisten al CDID, específicamente en adultos que han sufrido recaídas, enfatizando el Modelo Cognitivo-conductual, como parte de nuestro estudio fue necesario emplear los siguientes instrumentos: Ficha de tamizaje de consumo, el Cuestionario de síntomas SRQ, y el Inventario de autoestima Cooper-Smith para determinar como el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas afectan la salud mental. Tuvimos que describir la experiencia, paso a paso, desde la evaluación hasta la intervención con la realización del grupo terapéutico “adicto o enfermo”. Finalmente, en la reflexión crítica se concluye que los usuarios presentan comportamientos compulsivos del consumo que se relacionan con rasgos de ansiedad y depresiónThe present work of systematization of experiences is derived from the community practices carried out in connection with the Project Psychosocial Intervention to individuals in situations of vulnerability or drug consumption carried out in the CDID. Whose objective was to study the consumption of psychoactive substances that affect the mental health of the users who attend the CDID, specifically in adults who have suffered relapses, emphasizing the Cognitive-behavioral Model, as part of our study it was necessary to use the following instruments: of consumption screening, the SRQ Symptom Questionnaire, and the Cooper-Smith Self-Esteem Inventory to determine how the consumption of psychoactive substances affect mental health. We had to describe the experience, step by step, from the evaluation to the intervention with the realization of the therapeutic group "addicted or sick".
