| spelling | Puesta en marcha de plan de seguridad e higiene industrial en la Empresa Metalmecánica "Cerna".Pérez Molina, Jorge ArmandoSISTEMAS INTEGRADOS DE GESTIÓNPLAN DE SEGURIDADUSO DE EXTINTORESACCIDENTES LABORALESEste documento contiene archivo en PDF.El propósito de este proyecto esta enfocado para que el personal que labora en las distintas áreas del Taller Metalmecánica Cerna puedan detectar factores de riesgo e implementar un control apropiado y conveniente tanto para la empresa como para los empleados, pudiendo ser estos físicos, utilizando un conocimiento teórico práctico acerca de los diferentes problemas detectados en las áreas de trabajo referentes a seguridad, acumulación de vapores, lesiones auditivas, la utilización e implementación de equipos contar incendios. Capacitación del personal en temas como: utilización de extintores, uso correcto de equipos de seguridad industrial, maneras seguras de trabajar, que a su vez contribuirán para crear una toma de conciencia por parte de la gerencia y de los empleados para realizar sus actividades de trabajo de una manera segura, evitando de esta manera que las personas que allí laboran sufran percances ocasionados por algún accidente, librándose de esta manera por el pago de indemnizaciones en el futuro. Las medidas de control se implementaran con la creación del comité de seguridad, capacitación permanente al personal que allí labora sobre temas referentes a seguridad e higiene industrial y reglamentaciones básicas del Código del Trabajo que permitirán organizar al personal de una forma efectiva, utilizando la infraestructura ya existente dentro del área de riesgo se distribuirá de una mejor manera los extintores sobre las distintas áreas del taller, lo que disminuirá pérdida de tiempo al actuar, la inversión será recuperada a largo plazo contribuyendo al desarrollo de la empresa y lo que es más importante el personal se sentirá seguro y tranquilo al momento de realizar sus labores diarias.The purpose of this project is focused so that the personnel who work in the different areas of the Cerna Metalworking Workshop can detect factors of risk and implement an appropriate and convenient control both for the company as for employees, these may be physical, using knowledge theoretical and practical about the different problems detected in the areas of work related to safety, accumulation of vapors, hearing damage, use and implementation of fire counting equipment. Training of the staff on topics such as: use of fire extinguishers, correct use of fire equipment industrial safety, safe ways of working, which in turn will contribute to create awareness among management and employees to carry out your work activities in a safe way, thus avoiding that the people who work there suffer mishaps caused by some accident, thus getting rid of the payment of compensation in the future. The control measures will be implemented with the creation of the security, permanent training for the personnel who work there on issues relating to safety and industrial hygiene and basic regulations of the Code of Work that will allow to organize the personnel in an effective way, using the infrastructure already existing within the risk area will be distributed in a better way the extinguishers over the different areas of the workshop, which will reduce loss time to act, the investment will be recovered in the long term by contributing to the development of the company and most importantly the staff will feel safe and secure calm when carrying out their daily tasks.Universidad de Guayaquil.
