Entre instrumentos seleccionados, cuenta una guía de observación y unas entrevistas semiestructuradas con la finalidad de recoger información necesaria, para comprender la formación de vínculos sociales entre los estudiantes y de esa forma responder al objetivo planteado. La metodología que presentó la investigación es cualitativa de corte descriptivo debido a que buscó plantear resultados en base a teorías y conceptos establecidos y la descripción de un fenómeno antes ya seleccionado, también se comprendió desde el enfoque exploratorio debido a que buscó comprender el fenómeno basado en la perspectiva de los participantes desde un ambiente natural sin alguna manipulación de las variables. Los resultados obtenidos en la investigación determinaron que la modalidad virtual es un limitante en la comunicación e interacción de los estudiantes, dificultando así la formación de vínculos sociales, no obstante, los estudiantes tenían vínculos afectivos ya desarrollados con anterioridad a la modalidad virtualThe present research work was carried out at the "Canada" private co-educational school, with the objective of describing the formation of social bonds among 10th grade classmates in the virtual modality, for which four 10th grade students were taken as a sample for convenience. Among the instruments selected, there is an observation guide and semi-structured interviews with the purpose of collecting the necessary information to understand the formation of social bonds among students and thus respond to the stated objective. The methodology presented by the research is qualitative of descriptive cut because it sought to present results based on established theories and concepts and the description of a previously selected phenomenon, it was also understood from the exploratory approach because it sought to understand the phenomenon based on the perspective of the participants from a natural environment without any manipulation of the variables.
