| spelling | METODOLOGÍA UTILIZADA PARA LA CAPACITACIÓN SOBRE INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL EN EL PROYECTO “CONOCERSE ES PODER”BURI GONZÁLEZ, DANIELA NICOLECHICA ESPINOZA, MARÍA FERNANDAmetodologíacapacitacióninteligencia, emocional.PDFEl presente trabajo se basó en una experiencia vivida con la comunidad de la Fundación Huerto de los Olivos, del cantón Guayaquil, el objeto de estudio fue la metodología utilizada para la capacitación sobre inteligencia emocional del proyecto “Conocerse Es Poder” aplicando en la Fundación Huerto de los Olivos, respondiendo al eje: ¿cómo diseñar y estructurar la fase de capacitación mediante una metodología de intervención en inteligencia emocional en el proyecto “Conocerse Es Poder”? en congruencia con este el objetivo trazado fue analizar la metodología de intervención sobre la inteligencia emocional del proyecto “Conocerse Es Poder” para el bienestar y calidad de vida laboral, la investigación aplico el medio cualitativo en la sistematización de experiencias, el enfoque epistemológico fenomenológico tiene su base en las fuentes de información de textos, artículos y otros proyectos de la misma línea de investigación. La reflexión crítica se realizó a partir de la encuesta, entrevista y Test de inteligencia emocional de Daniel Goleman por su relevancia para las empresas identificándose que el ámbito laboral de la Fundación Huerto de los Olivos debe mejorar la comunicación y con esto el desempeño y desarrollo organizacional de la empresa. Se concluye que, la inteligencia emocional es un factor clave para mejorar la vida laboral del empleado y por ende de la organización, y que la metodología utilizada es la correcta para la fase de capacitaciónThe present work was based on an experience lived with the community of the Orchard of Olives Foundation of the Guayaquil canton, the object of study was the methodology used for the training on emotional intelligence of the project "knowing yourself is power" applied in the Orchard of Olives Foundation, responding to the axis: how to design and structure the training phase through an intervention methodology in emotional intelligence in the project "Knowing Yourself is Power"? Consistent with this, the objective was to analyze the intervention methodology on emotional intelligence of the "Knowing is Power" project for the well-being and quality of working life, the research applied the qualitative medium in the systematization of experiences, the phenomenological epistemological approach is based on the sources of information from texts, articles and other projects of the same line of research. The critical reflection was carried out from the Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence Test due to its relevance for companies, identifying that the work environment of the Orchard of Olives Foundation should improve communication and with this the performance and organizational development of the company.
