Para cumplir con este propósito, se han analizado los procesos operativos de limpieza y mantenimiento, que ofrece la organización, con base a las metodologías de Seguridad e Higiene Ocupacional; posteriormente utilizando el Diagrama de Ishikawa se han detectado los principales problemas, identificándose riesgos potenciales en los diversos puestos de trabajo, lo que podría tener un efecto negativo para la salud de los trabajadores si no se controla adecuadamente esta situación. La propuesta para prevenir dichos riesgos, consiste en la elaboración de un Plan de Seguridad e Higiene Ocupacional, el cual debe aplicarlas siguientes técnicas: Inspecciones de Seguridad, Investigaciones de Accidentes, Estadísticas de Accidentes de Trabajo y Enfermedades Profesionales, Programas de Capacitación y Motivación del Recurso Humano, Programa de Salud Ocupacional, Plan de Contigencia y Actuación ante Emergencias y Programa para el Uso y Control de los Equipos de Protección Personal, conformándose el Comité de Seguridad e Higiene del Trabajo en la compañía, que tendrá la responsabilidad de elaborar el Reglamento Interno, políticas, objetivos y metas en el ámbito de Seguridad Laboral. La inversión de la propuesta planteada en el presupuesto del proyecto asciende a la cantidad de $15.507,00 correspondiendo $6.390,00 a la cuenta inversión fija y $9.117,46 al capital de operación anual. La inversión se recupera en el transcurso de 2 años, tiempo inferior a la vida útil de la propuesta de 5 años, generando un Valor Actual Neto (VAN) de $15.433,00 y una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) de 55,10% superior al 12,28% de la tasa de descuento con que se comparada dicha inversión, lo que indica una factibilidad económica para la implementación del Sistema de Seguridad e Higiene Ocupacional en la Cía. de Mantenimiento y limpieza KALINA S.A.The objective of the study is: Implement a Management To meet Occupational Safety and Health for the company Kalina SA. this purpose, we have analyzed the operational processes of cleaning and maintenance, the organization offers based methodologies Occupational Safety and Health; subsequently using the Ishikawa diagram were detected major problems, identifying potential risks in various jobs, what which could have a negative effect on health if trabajadoresm insufficiently controlled situation.
