Con el proyecto E-salud tiene la finalidad de desarrollar el formulario 003 Anamnesis y Examen Físico para mejorar la calidad de atención al paciente, evitando pérdidas, redundancia de la información y gestionando el factor tiempo en el registro del formulario. Además, la creación de una base de arquetipos permitirá la interoperabilidad entre los diferentes sistemas que manejan cada institución o centro de salud, manteniendo un solo historial clínico del paciente, sin la necesidad de ser registrarlo nuevamente por otra institución. El desarrollo del formulario beneficiará al Médico, Obstetra o Psicólogo con el manejo amigable y detallado del mismo, para el registro óptimo de la información del paciente. El proyecto es la continuidad de Promeinfo versión dos, ahora llamado E-salud, el cual busca fomentar la investigación entre estudiantes y docentes. El Término de este proyecto constituye un gran aporte a la comunidad.The Ecuadorian Ministry of Health currently has the basic forms of the unique developed clinical history in different systems or are still physically, with the E-Salud project we aim to develop an electronic version of the form 003 History and Physical Examination to improve the quality of patient care by avoiding losses and redundancy of information; and managing time registration form factor. Moreover, the creation of a base of archetypes allows interoperability between different systems that are handled by each institution or health center. That is keeping one medical history of the patient, without the need to be registered again by another institution. The development of the form will benefit the physician, obstetrician or psychologist with a friendly and detailed management for optimal recording of patient information. This project is the continuation of Promeinfo Version Two, now called E-Salud, which seeks to encourage research among students and teachers.
