En el marco teórico se fundamentó cada una de las variables para poder determinar la mejor estrategia y alternativa para lograr el objetivo planteado, la metodología que se utilizó fue de tipo descriptiva no experimental, se utilizó la encuesta a los padres de familia y niños, sus resultados evidenciaron que es mínima la incidencia de actividad física y recreativa compartida en familia, ante esto se elaboró en la propuesta el programa de Matrogimnasia el mismo que describió sus actividades orientadas a tres mesesThe investigation was carried out with the purpose of solving the problem of the Bellavista Campus of the Samborondon Canton of not having physical and recreational alternatives to achieve motor development and strengthen fraternal ties, before this the objective was defined to develop a Matrogymnastics program that promote the motor development of children and the affective bond in the families of the Bellavista Campus of the Samborondón Canton.
