Tuvo como finalidad describir cómo es la actitud del docente frente a la inclusión de niños con necesidades educativas especiales. La investigación fue cualitativa se utilizó el método hermenéutico una investigación que contribuye a la creación del conocimiento en la literatura recuperando la experiencia, en la cual se implementaron a un total de 20 docentes los siguientes instrumentos: entrevista semiestructurada, escala de actitudes y ficha de observación, junto a la elaboración del FODA con ellos. Del análisis de los resultados se reflejó una falta de sensibilización en cuanto a personas con discapacidad, escasez de capacitación en atención al alumnado diverso, por la adherencia a un modelo de educación integrador. También hubo incongruencia en las respuestas de los docentes, donde parecía que tenían una actitud positiva respecto a las personas con discapacidad, pero al evaluar los resultados se evidenció lo contrarioThis systematization of experiences collects information from the psychoeducational project "Building a culture of diversity" executed in one of the schools of Fe y Alegría called "Tepeyac", located southwest of the city of Guayaquil. It aims to describe how the teacher's attitude to the inclusion of children with special educational needs is. The research was qualitative, in which a total of 20 teachers were implemented the following instruments: semistructured interview, scale of attitudes and card of observation, along with the making of the FODA with them. From the analysis of the results an absence of sensitization for persons with disability was reflected, lacking training on attention of diversity in pupils, for the adhesion to an of integration education model.
