El proceso vivido formula la pregunta eje ¿Cómo se llevó a cabo el proceso de capacitación online sobre el Síndrome de Burnout dirigido al personal de la Fundación “Huerto de los Olivos”?, su objetivo se basa en la aplicación de conocimientos adquiridos durante el proceso de capacitación sobre el Síndrome de Burnout por el personal de la Fundación “Huerto de Los Olivos”. Se abordan aspectos teóricos cuyos temas establecidos contienen amplia información. La reflexión crítica destaca conocimientos adquiridos durante las prácticas, dando importancia a la metodología aplicada para lograr los objetivos, resaltando la formación y preparación de estudiantes para realizar talleres. Se concluye que es importante mantener estructuración y planificación de talleres, y constante capacitación de los temas a abordarThis systematization arises from the pre-professional practice of the design and facilitation of online training workshops on Burnout Syndrome for the staff of the "Huerto de los Olivos" Foundation. The lived process formulates the pivotal question: How was the online training process on Burnout Syndrome directed to the staff of the "Huerto de los Olivos" Foundation carried out? Its objective is based on the application of knowledge acquired during the training process on Burnout Syndrome by the staff of the "Huerto de Los Olivos" Foundation. Theoretical aspects are addressed whose established topics contain ample information. Critical reflection highlights knowledge acquired during the practices, giving importance to the methodology applied to achieve the objectives, highlighting the training and preparation of students to conduct workshops.
