Objetivo: Determinar en qué tipo de cemento adhesivo o autoadhesivo se evidencia el menor grado de microfiltración en incrustaciones con resinas nanoparticuladas. Materiales y métodos: Se realizó un estudio experimental, se tomaron 40 premolares extraídos por indicaciones terapéuticas y se dividieron al azar en dos grupos de 20 piezas, se cementaron de la siguiente manera; Grupo A: Cemento de Resina Autoadhesivo y Grupo B: Cemento de Resina Adhesivo, los datos obtenidos fueron tabuladas por plantillas de datos en Excel las cuales se sometieron a estadística descriptiva. Resultados: Las incrustaciones del Grupo A no hubo filtración en 6,67% de las muestras y las incrustaciones del grupo B no hubo filtración en 51,25% de las muestras. Conclusiones: El menor grado de microfiltración se dio en las incrustaciones cementadas con el Cemento de Resina Adhesivo.The proposal of the present investigation bases its development from the causes and effects that are evidenced the inadequate adaptation of the indirect restorations and the lack of dental preparation that has as consequence the microfiltration. Objective: To determine the type of adhesive or selfadhesive cement that shows the lower degree of microfiltration in incrustations with nanoparticulate resins.
