INTERCAFE S.A. fue una de las compañías que se sujetó a este nuevo régimen; por lo tanto, nos hemos enfocado en analizar de manera comparativa cual es el impacto tributario y financiero que ha tenido la empresa y los cambios que se generaron en sus principales obligaciones tributarias por el cambio de un régimen a otro; donde se examinó detalladamente el periodo fiscal 2019 y 2020 para conocer la variación que existió en el pago del Impuesto a la Renta, además se realizó la proyección del pago del Impuesto a la Renta durante el tiempo de permanencia en este régimen que será de 5 años, con el fin de dar a conocer a la compañía los beneficios que este régimen le otorga de manera organizada.As of December 31th, 2019, the Organic Law on Tax Simplification and Progressivity came into force, within this Law the creation of the Tax Regime for microenterprises is mentioned, which generated various changes in taxpayers and companies that had to be subject to this regime according to a list published by the Internal Revenue Service.
