En el proceso de elaboración de este plan de negocio se ha considerado varios aspectos entre los cuales se detallan el análisis de la empresa y su entorno, el análisis del mercado citando los atributos relevantes de nuestro producto, el análisis técnico el cual se enfoca en detallar los aspectos técnicos-operativos que tendrá la compañía, el análisis administrativo detallando el método de organización y la descripción de funciones de cada uno de los colaboradores, y el marco legal en el cual la organización se vera incluida, se consideraron los análisis económicos y financieros los mismos que determinan los movimientos contables y económicos de la empresa durante los primeros 5 años, este proyecto fue evaluado en 3 escenarios y se consideraron los riesgos de negocio y los responsables, y por ultimo se presenta un cronograma de su implementación. El negocio que se plantea en este trabajo necesita para su implantación una inversión inicial de 11.240,00 dólares, valor que será financiado en un 50% por dos inversores y el restante por un préstamo bancario los mismos que serán recuperados en 2 años 2 meses, y de acuerdo a los estados financieros la tasa de retorno (TIR) es de 60% su punto de equilibrio para el primer año es de un promedio de 2085 unidades con un ingreso de $87553.31 lo que demuestra que el presente plan de negocio es completamente viable y más que nada estaremos contribuyendo con la conservación ecológica y de la salud de las personas.The need to maintain a clean and free of unhealthy components leads us to seek more sophisticated solutions to some aspects of life is how the idea to the distribution of an electronic cigarette which can help people to quit smoking gradually without affecting your health, the technology of this product does not emit odors and reduce the contamination. In the process of developing this business plan has considered several aspects including detailed analysis of the company and its environment, citing market analysis relevant attributes of our product, technical analysis, which focuses in detail technical-operational aspects that will have the company, management analysis detailing the method of organization and the job description of each of the collaborators, and the legal framework in which the organization will be included, is considered the economic and financial analysis the same that determine the movements and economic accounts of the company during the first five years, this project was evaluated in three scenarios and considered the business risk and those responsible, and finally presents a timetable for its implementation. The business that arises in this work needs to implement an initial investment of $ 11,240.00, an amount which will be financed by 50% for investors and the remaining two by a bank loan the same to be recovered in 2 years 2 months and according to the financial statements the rate of return (IRR) is 60% break even for the first year is an average of 2085 units with an income of $ 87,553.31 which shows that this business plan is fully viable and most of all we will be contributing to the ecological and human health.Universidad de Guayaquil.
