Diagnóstico Social Sobre Las Condiciones Laborales De Los Trabajadores Informales En El Sector De La Alborada Quinta y Novena Etapa En La Ciudad De Guayaquil en el Año 2018

El desarrollo de actividades económicas informales es una realidad social que para muchas personas representa su único medio de subsistencia. En tanto que el trabajo informal es un fenómeno realizado en condiciones poco favorables quienes se dedican a esta actividad deben de enfrentar riesgos que los coloca en estado de vulnerabilidad. Cuando faltan las oportunidades de empleo, la preparación académica es mínima y la carga familiar aumenta, no queda más que salir a las calles a la venta de algún producto que genere ingresos. Esta es la problemática que motiva la presente investigación y que tiene como propósito responder a la pregunta, ¿de qué manera inciden las condiciones laborales en el desarrollo del trabajo informal en el sector de la Alborada de la ciudad de Guayaquil? para ello se determinaron las dimensiones sociales de los trabajadores informales, luego se identificaron los factores objetivos y subjetivos que permitieron entender el comercio informal y finalmente se caracterizó todo lo relacionado al trabajo informal. La metodología de carácter cualicuantitativo, responde a un estudio descriptivo a través de encuestas más entrevistas a los informales y entrevistas a expertos, cuyos resultados permitieron conocer que los informales están expuestos a cambios climáticos, padecen enfermedades, no cuentan con seguro médico, ni beneficios sociales y además sufren el acecho y maltrato por parte de los metropolitanos. Se concluye que los informales están en una situación que afecta su salud; además el ingreso que es menor a un salario básico resulta insuficiente para el buen vivir de estos ciudadanos. The development of informal economic activities is a social reality that for many people represents their only means of livelihood. While informal work is a phenomenon carried out under unfavourable conditions, those engaged in this activity must face risks that place them in a state of vulnerability. When employment opportunities are lacking, the academic preparation is minimal and the family burden increases, there is nothing left but to go out on the streets to sell a product that generates income. This is the problem that motivates this research and aims to answer the question, how do the working conditions affect the development of informal work in the sector of the dawn of the city of Guayaquil? To this end, the social dimensions of informal workers were determined, and then the objective and subjective factors that allowed understanding of informal trade were identified, and finally, everything related to casual work was characterized. The methodology of Cualicuantitativo character, responds to a descriptive study through surveys more interviews with the informal and interviews with experts, whose results allowed to know that the informal ones are exposed to climatic changes, suffer Illnesses, they do not have health insurance, or social benefits and also suffer the stalking and ill-treatment on the part of the Metropolitans. It is concluded that the informal ones are in a situation that affects their health; In addition, income that is less than a basic salary is insufficient for the good living of these citizens.
