Las características más notables de la propuesta son: la incorporación del proceso automatizado de aprobación y publicación del syllabus para disminuir los tiempos entre la entrega, revisión y carga al sistema; la configuración dinámica del sistema de calificaciones que permitirá ajustarlo a cambios puntuales en el reglamento de evaluación; el ingreso de notas diseñado para ser más cómodo y fácil de usar, mientras que la consulta de notas le brindará al estudiante la facilidad de ver cada una de sus calificaciones ingresadas al sistema; y por último, se podrá llevar un control mediante la configuración de los días válidos para el ingreso de la asistencia. El problema se ha identificado como factible, delimitado, claro, evidente y con productos esperados. La importancia del syllabus es proveerle al docente un enfoque organizado de los objetivos de la materia, y para el estudiante se convierte en un apoyo para mejorar su nivel académico. Las calificaciones son un medio cuantitativo de valorar el conocimiento del alumno sobre los contenidos de una materia y es parte del proceso evaluativo. Aunque la asistencia no sea lo primordial para muchos, asegura una mejor y más completa absorción de las cátedras impartidas por el docente.The development of the syllabus, attendance and grade modules are the proposal of a research work made at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, which aims to solve the problems caused by manual tasks and weakness in their current academic systems. The most noticeable characteristics of the proposal are: the incorporation of the syllabus approval's and publication's automated process in order to reduce the time between delivery, review and it’s upload to the system; The dynamic configuration of the grading system that will allow its adjustment to certain specific modifications in the rules of evaluation; The grading entry is designed to be more comfortable and easy to use, likewise, grade's reading will provide an easier way for the student to check each of his grades registered into the system; and finally, it will be possible to keep control of student’s attendance income through the configuration of the valid days to submit it. The problem has been identified as feasible, focused, clear, obvious and with expected products. The importance of the syllabus for teaching is that it provides an organized matter to keep the approach to real objectives, while for the student becomes a support to improve their academic level. Grades are a quantitative way to access the student knowledge about matter's contents and its part of the whole evaluation process. Although attendance is not the main matter for many, it ensures a better and more complete absorption of the lectures given by the teacher in class.Universidad de Guayaquil.
