Esto se debe a la expansión territorial donde buscan espacios tranquilos, para que puedan vivir sin ninguna vicisitud. Estos lugares se dividen en varias etapas, donde ellos forman una directiva que son elegidos por los propios moradores del lugar, estos manejan con el administrador los aportes y recursos que ingresan en su sector que son conocidas como las alícuotas el mismo que las debe cancelar cada mes el dueño de la propiedad. La comunicación interna es parte importante dentro de estas urbanizaciones, inconscientemente tienen que saber manejarla, porque las personas que viven allí siempre quieren saber, cuál es el manejo que le dan a todos los recursos ingresados. Mediante la investigación se pudo observar que en etapa Altagracia, necesitan un tipo de comunicación viable y rápida, siendo importante la elaboración de un boletín informativo quincenal, el mismo que sería entregado puerta a puerta y así cubrir las necesidades de información que puedan tener sus habitantes.Humans look for the ways to communicate in different forms, they use to expand these methods directly and clearly, as in the case of private urbanizations that are far from the big cities. This happens due to the territorial expansion and people look for quiet spaces, so that they can live without any vicissitudes. These places are divided into several stages, where people can create different orders be themselves, they manage the citadel together with the administrator, they share the contributions and resources of their area, which are known as aliquots and they must be canceled every month by the owner of each property. Internal communication is an important part of these urbanizations, unconsciously people know how to handle it, because they live here and always want to know how the management of their resources is. Through the investigation it was observed that in the citadel Altagracia, the inhabitants need a type of communication, which is viable and fast, being important the elaboration of a fortnightly informative bulletin, the same that would be delivered from door to door and, in this way, cover the information needs that can have the inhabitants .UNIVERSIDAD DE GUAYAQUILLic.
