Para el desarrollo del plan se utilizaron la técnica de la entrevista en el levantamiento de información y posterior análisis preliminar, análisis de la situación actual. Se empleó la metodología de gestión del cambio para proyectos de plataforma tecnológica para e-administración, desarrollando el plan de liderazgo, plan de comunicación y plan de formación, dando como resultado el posicionamiento de los líderes que ayudaran en la transferencia de conocimiento a los usuarios que se ven influenciados por el cambio y disipar la resistencia, mejorando la productividad y la incidencia de erroresThe present project aims to design a strategic plan for the change management users. We will allow us before deploying the panoramically know the current status of Faculty of Administrative Sciences. For To develop the plan was made; the collection of information, preliminary analysis, analysis of the current situation by applying the techniques of interviews and as a strategy of change management model that allows me to analyze how the change would affect the users was used, also helps us to identify people who are influenced by the change and create resistance.
