Se realizaron las investigaciones bibliográficas y de campo las cuales son herramientas utilizadas para conocer la situación actual de los atractivos naturales y culturales buscando sus fortalezas y debilidades, a su vez entrevistas a las personas que visitan estos lugares. La ciudad de Guayaquil posee alrededor de 4 centros gerontológicos aproximadamente, los cuales poseen extensiones como clubes que solo imparten clases de bailoterapia. En la actualidad los adultos mayores tienen acceso a programas que son realizados por el Ministerio de Inclusión Social con el objetivo de impulsar nuevas técnicas en el bienestar, salud y necesidades del adulto mayor. La finalidad de este trabajo es aportar el crecimiento turístico de la ciudad de Guayaquil, teniendo como resultado la creación de una excursión que facilitan el esparcimiento y la ubicación de los atractivos turísticos de la parroquia Ximena a su vez la mejora de las instalaciones como son los servicios higiénicos.The purpose of this project is to analyze the equipment and facilities of the natural and cultural attractions of the parish of Ximena for the design of gerontological tourist circuits which are made up of tourist routes specialized in the elderly that provide special services with security mechanisms. The bibliographical and field researches were carried out which are tools used to know the current situation of the natural and cultural attractions looking for their strengths and weaknesses, in turn interviews to the people that visit these places. The city of Guayaquil has approximately 4 gerontological centers, which have extensions like clubs that only teach dance therapy classes. At present, the elderly have access to programs that are carried out by the Ministry of Social Inclusion with the aim of promoting new techniques in the well-being, health and needs of the elderly.
