Por ese motivo, el objetivo de esta investigación es determinar el vínculo entre el entorno laboral y la modalidad de teletrabajo de una población de 22 colaboradores. La metodología con la que se abordó el problema es de enfoque cuantitativo y de alcance descriptivo, con un diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. Con los resultados obtenidos de la aplicación de tres instrumentos, se pudo dar respuesta al objetivo principal de la investigación, destacándose el aspecto físico-ambiental como riesgo en el teletrabajo, concluyendo en una inconformidad y molestia en los teletrabajadores respecto a las condiciones ambientales del lugar donde desarrollan sus funciones laboralesThis study was made in a small digital advertising agency from Guayaquil, that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, was forced to implement telework as work mode, same that has caused negative effects on the health of people nationwide. For this reason, the objective of this investigation is to determinate the link between the work environment and the telework mode of a population of 22 employees. The methodology used to approach the problem is quantitative with a descriptive scope, a non-experimental design and a cross-sectional cut.
