| spelling | Propuesta para la implementación de la metodología de mejora 5S en el Taller Industrial "Vera".Vera Herrera, Jean CarlosSISTEMAS INTEGRADOS DE GESTIÓN5SESPACIOS LIMPIOS Y ORDENADOSDETERIORO DE MATERIALESEste documento contiene archivo en PDF.En el presente trabajo de titulación se propone la implementación de la metodología de mejora 5S en el taller industrial “VERA” con el fin de generar espacios limpios y ordenados de manera permanente, se utilizó un tipo de estudio descriptivo y observacional, donde se midió las características actuales del taller y todas las áreas de trabajo, mediante una encuesta se pudo identificar que el 77% de los encuestados manifiesta que se han producido deterioro de materiales,teniendo un impacto económico negativo tanto de materiales desechosy tiempos improductivos de $ 4.460,00, en base al desarrollode la propuesta mediante las 5S se tiene un costo total de $ 2.863,30, dando como coeficiente beneficio costo 1,58 haciendo elproyecto factiblepara su ejecución.In the present titling work, the implementation of the 5S improvement methodology in the “VERA” industrial workshop is proposed in order to generate clean and ordered spaces. Adescriptive and observational study was used, where the current characteristics of theworkshop and all areas of work were measuredthrough a survey. It was possible to identifythat 77% of respondents state that there has been deterioration of materials, having a negative economic impact of both waste materials and downtimes of $ 4,460.00,based on the development of the proposal through the 5S there is a total cost of $ 2,863.30, giving as a cost benefit coefficient 1.58 making the project feasible for its execution.Universidad de Guayaquil.
