| spelling | Levantamiento del seno maxilar con o sin el uso del plasma rico en fibrinaTorres Rodriguez, Luis DaniloCICATRIZACION DE HERIDASSENO MAXILAR - CIRUGIAPDFEl presente estudio investigativo conocido como el método Plasma Rico en Fibrina (PRF) se lleva a realización debido a la importancia que tiene a nivel profesional el emprendimiento de técnicas y sistemas que permitan un beneficio para el paciente con el uso del PRF al no necesitarse con este tipo de procedimiento de una segunda o tercera cirugía para el desarrollo del levantamiento del seno maxilar, obteniendo inclusive periodos de recuperación más cortos para el desarrollo de implantes en los pacientes; se utilizó para este estudio una investigación del tipo cuantitativo al identificar el tiempo determinado para la recuperación post operatoria de los casos analizados, implementándose en este estudio la recopilación y el análisis de casos documentados procedentes de libros, revistas indexadas y artículos científicos especializados, los cuales tienen origen nacional o extranjero siendo utilizada en la investigación escritos tanto en español como en inglés, queda determinada la investigación como no experimental, de corte transversal, descriptiva, bibliográfica y documental; entre los principales resultados se observa que el tiempo para la cicatrización en el proceso usando el sistema PRF es muy inferior que aquellos casos desarrollados sin el uso del PRF, obteniéndose inclusive mejor desarrollo del implante en muchos casos; como conclusión se identifica un mejor desarrollo de cicatrización para el tiempo postoperatorio con el uso del PRF, así como también un buen desarrollo óseo a lo largo del tiempo para el pacienteThe present study known as the Fibrin Rich Plasma (PRF) method is carried out due to the importance of undertaking techniques and systems that benefits the patient and the physician. The patient is provided with a great benefit with the use of the PRF since this type of procedure does not require a second or third surgery for the development of the maxillary sinus lift; thus, obtaining even shorter recovery periods for the development of implants in the patients. Quantitative research was used for this study by identifying the time determined for the post-operative recovery of the analyzed cases. In this study a collection and analysis of documented cases from books, indexed journals and specialized scientific articles were implemented. The research data has national and foreign origin written in both Spanish and English. Likewise, the research is determined as nonexperimental, cross-sectional, descriptive, bibliographic and documentary. Among the main results, it is observed that the time for the healing in the process by using the PRF system is much lower than those cases developed without the use of the PRF; thus, obtaining even better development of the implant in many cases. In conclusion, a better development of healing for the postoperative time is identified with the use of the PRF, as well as a good bone development over time in the patient.Universidad de Guayaquil.
