Estos cambios traerán una mejora en el manejo financiero, así como cambios en los estados financieros a futuro; por lo cual, dichos procedimientos generarán un compromiso mutuo de los colaboradores, así como la reducción de posibles riesgos que pueden surgir por una mala administración al momento de ingresar o salir mercadería de bodega. La responsabilidad de mantener en ejecución los procedimientos necesarios a seguir dependerá de la gestión que realice el jefe de bodega, así como los entes encargados.The investigation was carried out in the company Perucci SA, where poor inventory control was evidenced, the deficiencies that they currently have and it is observed as the difficulties at the time of safeguarding and registering stocks in the warehouse area, thus causing a significant increase in the inherent risks, causing a deficit in the income of the company; It is intended to establish a process manual with which it is hoped that the inventory control of finished products is adequately carried out, establishing the fifo costing method, that is, the finished products that enter first will be the first to leave. These changes will bring an improvement in financial management, as well as changes in future financial statements; therefore, these procedures will generate a mutual commitment of the collaborators, as well as the reduction of possible risks that may arise from poor administration when entering or leaving the warehouse merchandise.
