La investigación sostuvo un enfoque cualitativo, no experimental, exploratorio, transversal e inductivo. Se aplicó una entrevista y un inventario de estrategias de afrontamiento a cinco colaboradores. Se evidenciaron múltiples cambios en el ámbito laboral, suspensión del trabajo, erradicación de plazas laborales, sobrecarga laboral, extensas jornadas de trabajo, teletrabajo, entre otros factores que afectaron el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores. Los recursos de afrontamiento fueron la disposición de un mayor tiempo en familia, de estudio y trabajo, empatía, comunicación, paciencia, planificación, organización de tiempos y control de emociones. Las estrategias de afrontamiento fueron el pensamiento desiderativo, resolución de problemas y la expresión emocional. Se concluye que los recursos y estrategias de afrontamiento adoptadas por los colaboradores derivaron del ámbito laboral, personal y familiarThe general objective was to describe the coping resources in the COVID 19 pandemic for the work performance of PROMOLUCKY workers during 2020. The research sustained a qualitative, non-experimental, exploratory, cross-sectional and inductive approach. An interview and an inventory of coping strategies were applied to five collaborators. Multiple changes were evidenced in the workplace, suspension of work, eradication of jobs, work overload, long hours of work, teleworking, among other factors that affected the work performance of workers. The coping resources were the provision of more time in family, study and work, empathy, communication, patience, planning, time organization and control of emotions. The coping strategies were wishful thinking, problem solving and emotional expression.
