A. en el 2012 emprende la implementación de la metodología Mission-Directed Work Teams® de CDI, la misma ofrece las mejores prácticas reconocidas en los lugares de trabajo y las mejores guías de liderazgo a los equipos de primera línea, creando una organización altamente rentable y eficiente; obteniendo excelentes resultados en el área de lácteos desde su implementación. Con el Objeto de replicar los resultados obtenidos al área de Helados de la empresa el presente trabajo estará orientado a realizar una investigación sobre el proceso de implementación de metodología en mención. Los objetivos del presente trabajo son: (I) Establecer plan de mejoras para la implementación de buenas prácticas empresariales (replicas) en la empresa. (II) Recopilar información de la metodología y recursos utilizados para la implementación de la metodología. (III) Analizar los resultados de las implementaciones anteriores. (IV) Establecer reflexiones, conclusiones y recomendaciones que aporten mejoras a futuras implementaciones. En el contexto teórico se muestra todos los conocimientos mediante citas bibliográficas, artículos de revistas de negocios, que permitan establecer referentes teóricos que permitirán determinar junto con los resultados obtenidos, lo que se pretende mejorar los planes de implementación de buenas prácticas en la empresa. La investigación se fundamenta en el levantamiento de la información obtenida y lecciones aprendidas durante la implementación. Posteriormente, se analizan los resultados. Finalmente se analizara los resultados de la investigación lo que va a proporcionar la solución del problema de investigación.
