Con base a esta premisa a lo largo del desarrollo del presente trabajo se expone los principales aspectos como Describir la estructura organizacional de las microempresas, Conceptualizar el “acompañamiento” a las microempresas, ligado con Adaptar un acompañamiento solidario al sector microempresarial y su importancia para el crecimiento de este sector económico a la ciudad de Guayaquil; además se plantea una posible solución ante la falta de conocimientos técnicos que poseen muchos de las personas que deciden emprender o abrir un negocio propio por primera vez en la ciudad de GuayaquilThe microenterprises arise from family initiatives that seek a form of livelihood for the members of their household, through which they develop enterprises or businesses that mostly have an artisanal and low value-added characteristic, through which they generate Self-employment forms the same ones that allow them to improve their socioeconomic status, but in many cases they lack the knowledge about the administrative and financial management required for them to reach an economic development which causes the stagnation or closure of these. Based on this premise throughout the development of this work, the main aspects are exposed, such as Describing the organizational structure of microenterprises, Conceptualizing the "accompaniment" of micro-enterprises, linked with Adapting a supportive accompaniment to the micro-enterprise sector and its importance for the growth of this economic sector to the city of Guayaquil; In addition, a possible solution to the lack of technical knowledge that many of the people who decide to start or open their own business for the first time in the city of Guayaquil.Universidad de Guayaquil.
